Any Items That Did Have Lead Paint In Them Were Removed From Our Toy Web Site. If The Manufactures Find Any Lead Paint In Their Toys, We Are Immediately Notified To Take Them Off Our Toy Web Site. All packages are shipped ground unless specified. All order over $100 require a signature. On the average most orders take approx 5 to 10 business days  - EXCEPT Baby Bedding Orders which are 2 to 4 weeks or if the product page specifically states an approx shipping time frame. 5. Returns & Credits: All returns must be authorized by us - mrtoys_com @ yahoo.com. Every product sold on our web sites has a different return/credit policy all depending on the manufacturer's policy. Most products return policy is listed below, if not all sales are final unless cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order. 11. Telephone Orders: If you are not comfortable in ordering online, we do take orders over the phone . If you receive a recording, please leave your name and phone number and customer service representative will return your call as soon as possible. 12. Orders can be cancelled only if an order has not been shipped and we are notified within 8 hours of ordering. If You cancel the order after the 8 hours, the specific manufacturers product return policy listed below on this page applies, if it is not listed on this page, then our standard return policy applies - which is 20% re-stocking fee plus our cost of shipping the item to you even though it may be free to you at the time of the order & the shipping expense back to the warehouse & the cost of the shippers call tag. If the item is returned it must not have never been opened & in re-sellable condition or you will be charged the full cost of the item.

13. If an item has been delivered & opened up it cannot be returned unless defective.

If an item ships to you & the shipper tries 3 times to deliver & you are not there to take delivery & it comes back to our store or the manufacturer, you are responsible for all shipping charges even if there was free shipping on that order - that only counts if you take delivery of the item. 16. Out Of Stock - When a Manufacturer  says, an item is going to be in on a certain date, we cannot guarantee for sure it will be back in stock on that date due to un-forseen circumstances.

17. Discontinued - Means when an item is no longer available from the manufacturer and can no longer be purchased. We may keep some discontinued items up on our sites just in case the manufacturer decides to bring back the item.

18. Any Order Cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. A lot of our products ship from the mnfr & we have no control over their order process time & we have no control over the shipping companies to guarantee any shipments especially for Christmas delivery. If you ordered & your order arrives after Christmas you cannot just cancel your order or refuse your order or you will be charged any re-stocking fee's & pay the shipping costs to you & back to the warehouse even if the product has free shipping.

How important is a SECURE server and how do I know if I’m on one?

Canadian Customers:

We do ship some of our toys, baby products and chocolate to Canada, shortly we will have all our Canadian toys up on this page. The shipping prices you see on the rest of MrToys.com applies only to the continental USA 48 states. We will have separate shipping charges for orders shipping to Canada. There are 2 ways you can pay for items:

1. Pay with an American credit card and have it shipped to the billing address of the credit card.

2. Pay using a PayPal account and have it shipped to the confirmed address of your PaPal acct.

Until we add the toys that we will ship to Canada, please email us at  mrtoys_com @ yahoo.com if we do ship the item you are interested in & put your full ship to address. Also if there are any duties, taxes or any other fee's incurred for shipping to you in Canada, these costs will be passed on to you the consumer.

- DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. -Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials in excellent condition. All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
- If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 20% per unit, will be billed to your account.
- MrToys.com credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.
- Any differences from this policy may be stated on the product page.

The software or video game must still be sealed in its original plastic in excellent condition or you will not be able to return the software for a credit. Please do not just ship it back without prior authorization or it will be refused.

Badger's Return Policy States: 
Return merchandise will not be accepted unless authorized, in writing, by a factory representative. Returned merchandise is 30% re-stocking fee plus freight. Merchandise over three months old cannot be returned. Shopworn, ticketed, floor samples, damaged, discontinued, or closeout merchandise will not be accepted for return.

Should any defect in material or workmanship appear within the warranty period, the component will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option. Please note this product is not intended for commercial or institutional use. Any use of this type will void all warranties. The warranty does not include damages from misuse, vandalism, incorrect assembly, or shipping damage.

Please be sure to inspect your purchase for shipping damage(s) when it arrives and or at the time of terminal pickup. If the packaging has any holes or dents in it, please note "damaged" on the delivery papers as you sign for your purchase. Or if it is damaged to the point beyound repair refuse your shipment. Claims for transportation damage(s) are not accepted by delivering carrier without this documentation and can affect the replacement process. Carrom Shipping Policy:

All games include curbside shipping (including all foosball tables, air hockey except the combo table, and stick hockey tables) within the continental U.S (the lower 48 states) included in the purchase price.


Basketball Games by Carrom include shipping, and they do not have to be delivered on a truck.

If The Item you ordered is being delivered by a truck please read below:

• The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading your table, and leaves the table at the curbside. (it really depends on the delivery person. Usually they are willing to help out. But with certain freight companies they will not and it's not there reasonability to, so it really depends on the freight company. But we cannot guarantee any kind of help.)

• Any additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift-gate trucks, or pallet jacks are not included in the price of the table.

• The cost of these additional services vary from city to city. They usually cost between $75.00 and $150.00 extra.

• You may purchase these additional services directly from the trucking company when they call you for an appointment.


Children's Motorcycle, F22-Raptor & Electric Scooters Return, Warranty And Damage Policy:

The thunder bolt is warranted for 30 days from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and is not transferable. The battery is warranted for sixty days from date of scooter purchase. The Warranty does not cover the following: normal wear and tear, any damage, failure or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse and failure to follow instructions or warning in the owners manual or other printed materials provided with this product, or damage, failure or loss caused by the use of the scooter for stunt riding, ramp jumping, competition, off-road riding, acrobatics or other similar activates; or in any other manner for which is was not designed. The warranty does not apply to any scooter components, mechanical or electrical, which has been in anyway altered from the original by any part. National Sporting Goods will not be liable for any damage, failure, or loss caused by use of unauthorized service or parts. All warranty claims must be made directly to National Sporting Goods or an authorized NGS dealer. NSG, or an authorized NSG dealer must perform all warranty service. The original owner must provide proof of purchase prior to approval of warranty claim. Under no circumstances does this warranty include the cost of shipment or transportation to or from NSG or a NSG dealer. This is for Children's Motorcycles Model #320, #343 & 320F - If you receive the above items & the box is damaged from shipping please refuse the box. We have eliminated all re-stocking fee's on orders placed on or after 6/24/05 for 4 or 5pc Glenna Jean Baby Bedding sets, but if you send it back to us, the Glenna Jean products cannot be opened for whatever reason & must be in mint shape & in original carton plus you have 14 days to return. We will only take back 4pc or 5pc baby bedding sets, no accessories. After that, all sales are final. Also if you do return to us, you are responsible for all shipping fee's including our original cost to you, even though free at the time and you pay the cost to ship it back to us. Your product that was damaged will be replaced by a new one. If you receive the product & for whatever reason you do not like it, etc... and you want to send it back, you must Call MrToys.com (973)812-9300 for a return authorization & you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee plus freight to return the item to the warehouse. That is what MrToys.com is charged to return products except in the case of damaged products.

Jeep® Bicycles Worldwide (hereinafter called Jeep® .) Warrants the Jeep® Bicycle to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period from the date of purchase of:

Suspension related equipment (bushings, bearings, pivot pins, pivot tubes and bolts) including complete forks except as warranted by original equipment manufacturer. One year on all original parts, excepting tires and tubes. 
What Jeep® will do: 


In the event of a defective bicycle or part, Jeep® will at its option, repair or replace the defective bicycle or part within the warranty period, at no cost to you except for dealer charges, if any.
If you discover a defect within the warranty period you must follow this procedure: 
a)   Bring the bicycle to the original dealer from whom it was purchased. If the dealer from whom you purchased the this bicycle determines upon examination that either a repair or replacement is justified and such determination is verified by Jeep®, repair or replacement will be made in accordance with the Warranty. 
b)   When making the claim under this warranty, you must also bring to the original selling dealer a copy of the sales receipt or other proof of original purchase. 
c)   If the foregoing is not possible, write for assistance to:

In your letter state your full name and the reason why you believe there is a defect in your bicycle, and inform Jeep® of the date and under what conditions the defect was discovered. Be sure to include a copy of the sales slip or other proof of purchase.
d)   Upon receipt and inspection of the bicycle by your Jeep® dealer, the dealer may determine that this warranty does not apply, in which case you will be so notified with a reason stated along with and estimate for repairs and return shipping. In no case will Jeep® be responsible for loss or damage in transit. You many then advise the dealer to repair or return the bicycle to you charges and shipping collect. If you fail to pay the charges or leave the bicycle at the dealer for more than 60 days, the dealer may at his discretion, dispose of the bicycle as he sees fit without liability to you.


Limitations, Exclusions and Other Rights: 
1. This warranty does not cover tires, tubes or any failure due to accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect, or as a result of normal wear and tear. 
2. The sole responsibility of Jeep® pursuant to the terms of this warranty, if any, shall be repair or replacement. 
3. The liability of Jeep® shall in no event exceed the original purchase or incidental damages of any nature, including for example but not by way of limitation, damages for personal injury or damages to property. This statement constitutes the exclusive expression of Warranty by Jeep® and id in lieu of any and all other warranties, written or implied.

Evidence of any attempt of repair done by the consumer (other than tires and normal adjustments) will void the

SVAT RETURN POLICY - All SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT FOR:
RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS THAT COME DAMAGED:
1. To return goods to SVAT Electronics, you MUST first request a Return Authorization (RA#) number from Mrtoys.com or stinkybaby.com via phone or email prior to returning the goods. Goods without an RA number will be rejected. 
2. Any goods, which are returned to SVAT Electronics without an official Return Authorization number, will be sent back to the customer at their expense. An RA Number can be obtained by calling us or emailing us at mrtoys_com @ yahoo.comor 1-888-467-8697. 
3. A single RA number can be issued for one or more products being returned in the same shipment from the same location.  
4. All products being returned must display the RA Number clearly on the shipping carton, NOT on the product. 
5. Issuing of an RA number does not guarantee the acceptance of stock if other criteria is not met. The goods remain the property of the buyer/Customer until it is accepted by SVAT Electronics as a valid return. 
6.Products must have a manufacturers defect in order to be accepted. Items that have been exposed to water,  dropped or physically tampered with will not be accepted as a return.

RETURNS FOR CREDIT 
1. Returns for Credit must still have a valid RA number. You can obtain one by emailing us or calling us at mrtoys_com @ yahoo.comor 1-888-467-8697. 
2. Items returned that are in working condition will subject the Customer/Buyer to a 20% restocking fee. 
3. Freight charges will not be credited unless due to a shipping error.  

4. All products returned from a customer must include original packaging.

6. The Customer will pre-pay freight charges for goods to be returned to SVAT Electronics.  
RETURN OF FAULTY PRODUCT 
1. Faulty goods returned will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent product depending on available stock. 
2. Where possible, SVAT Electronics will replace the faulty goods with an identical item. However where some goods cannot be replaced due to being a discontinued line the current equivalent model will be sent instead.  
3. The Customer will pre-pay freight charges for goods to be returned to SVAT Electronics. 
4.SVAT Electronics will pay freight back buyer/customer when they are shipping the repaired/new item.
