Shipping Policy
At MrToys.com, we utilize a combination of shipping methods, including from our drop shippers, shipping from affiliate companies, and direct shipping from our facilities. The average shipping time for all orders is approximately 5 to 10 business days. In some cases, the shipping time can be much less, depending on how close you live to our warehouses. So in some cases, an item can ship in a day or so. Please note that we only ship to the continental USA and no po boxes. Sorry Hawaii and Alaska.
Damage Notification: If an item is damaged during shipment, customers are required to notify MrToys.com within 24 to 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence of the damaged package to facilitate a resolution. If the damaged item is in the customer’s possession, they must call us to obtain a return authorization, and once the return authorization is set up, we will arrange for the shipping company to contact the customer for return pickup.
